What is your current processing time for orders?
Our current processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (excluding custom orders).

I have placed an order and have not received a confirmation email, should I have received one?
Yes – If you have not received an order confirmation email, you may have incorrectly entered your email address. Please contact us via our contact page and we will fix this up for you.

I have placed an order already and want to add to it and avoid doubling up on shipping, can I do this?
The answer is YES, as long as you have not received an email stating that your order has been completed. Please select ‘Local Pick Up’ during checkout and leave a note with your previous Order Number. Still need assistance, just get in touch with us!

Are your products safe for my baby to chew on?
NO. Our Products are NOT suitable for children 3 and under. Although our Silicone Beads are free from BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex, our products are not designed for babies at all. They are strictly not to be used as toys or anything teething related.

Are your Earrings suitable for those who have sensitive ears?
Our Earrings are all made using high quality Surgical Steel findings which are Lead & Nickel free; and suitable for those with sensitive ears. We have had a lot of customers come back and say how happy they are that they haven’t had a reaction to our Earrings!

I have two coupon codes, can I use them both?
Unfortunately you can only use a maximum of 1 coupon code per order.

There is a product out of stock on the website and I really want it; how do I find out when it will be back in stock?

Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes! We love Custom Orders. There may be a processing time of up to 10 days depending on what you are after and if we need to do a special order. Please use our Contact Form to get in touch with us

Are your Products Handmade in Australia?
Yes! Our Products are Handmade in Melbourne, Australia.

Can you recommend the best way to clean your products?
We highly recommend avoiding as much contact as possible with our Rose Gold/Silver/Gold Shiny beads to give them as much life as possible. They will wear eventually overtime; but to prolong their life, we do recommend avoiding contact with dirty/wet hands, perfume & strong heat. You are able to wipe down our silicone beads with a wet wipe to keep clean.

Do you offer Refunds and Exchanges?
We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind. In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us right away so that we can arrange a solution that will satisfy you. You can use our Contact Form
